Every project starts with a detailed scope document and a fixed-price quote. The price only changes if scope changes — and that's always agreed in writing first.
What is included in 'support'?
Support includes bug fixes, security patches, performance monitoring, and answering technical questions. Feature development is billed separately unless you're on a retainer.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes. We typically split into 3 milestones: 40% upfront, 40% at mid-point, 20% on delivery. Enterprise clients can negotiate custom terms.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade?
